The Microsoft Office 365 suite is a hosted, online version of the traditional installed version of Microsoft Office software. This online service is subscription-based and includes Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online, and Microsoft Office Web Apps.
Approach
Mismo Systems set up a 30 days free trial of Office 365 for few key users and demonstrated its functionalities and capabilities to the client IT team and higher management and answered all the follow-up questions.
The client was very happy with the solution and satisfied with the capabilities of the solution and decided to get the solution implemented in their environment.
Outcomes
Mismo team carried out a smooth migration from existing google email to Microsoft Exchange online with no email loss & impact on users and then implemented Skype for business and OneDrive for the client.
After the successful migration and implementation, the Mismo team provided training to the admin which helped the users to adopt the new solution easily.
